Rental to be paid in full no later than 2 months prior to the date of departure.
Payment is normally in Sterling but Euros are acceptable with prior agreement.
After this rental agreement is signed cancellation is possible but with the following general conditions:
1. up to 2 months before arrival - 50% of the deposit will be returned
2. less than 2 months before arrival - deposit will be forfeited as a minimum, and unless a new guest is found for the same period, the full amount will be charged.
All breakages and damage to the house will be the responsibility of the guest.
